The second is the solid progress of the rural toilet revolution.

Through the issuance of policy documents, holding deployment meetings, strengthening technical support, conducting supervision and inspection, strengthening publicity and training, etc., it has instructed all regions to give priority to the first-class county and steadily advance the second-class county. To reform toilets in the rural areas of LEI counties, pilot demonstrations will be carried out in three types of counties; all localities are required to change one or the other to improve the quality and effectiveness of the rural toilet reform, to ensure that good things are done well and the people are satisfied.

Third, coordinate and promote tasks such as the treatment of rural domestic garbage and sewage.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs actively cooperates with relevant departments to strengthen the treatment of rural domestic garbage and sewage, and improve the construction and management and protection mechanisms.

At present, the rural domestic waste collection, transportation and disposal system has covered more than 90% of the administrative villages in the country, 99% of the 24,000 informal waste dumps identified in the country have been renovated, and the level of rural domestic sewage treatment has been improved.
