The phenomenon of sacking coaches continues in our clubs and is likely to increase, which makes the matter normal, and it has become commonplace for the team to be supervised by more than one coach per season, according to the public, administrative and media outlook, and the coach became the first option to sacrifice him, because that is the easiest way to satisfy the masses and contain Their anger.

Are these dismissals and large expenses based on study and technical necessity?

The reasons for the dismissal of football coaches by the clubs' administrations vary, but the results and public pressure come on top of these reasons, despite the large penal conditions in coaches' contracts that cost clubs' coffers amounts to millions of dirhams upon termination of contracts.

The phenomenon of sacking coaches and dispensing with them before completing the term of their contracts remains one of the frequent and noticeable phenomena in the Gulf sports arena.

And the bigger question: Are these dismissals and large expenditures based on a study and are they a technical necessity, or is it a reaction and a peg of administrative failure and poor performance of the players?

The dismissal of coaches in the history of Gulf roundball is the predominant language in clubs and national teams, but in our days it has become an inevitable fate facing the coach, regardless of his reputation in the world of training, and it is most likely that the hour of packing bags is ticking after an unexpected loss.

The revolution of anger and the fever of changing coaches is more prevalent in the Gulf countries, as the fate of the coach is related to the nature of the results he achieves with the club or the national team during the season, and not the quality of the coach's work and patience with him.

It is considered a negative phenomenon, and its negative points are more than its positive ones, and there are several questions about this phenomenon: What is the reason for the exacerbation and spread of this phenomenon?

What are the criteria for selecting the trainers?

Then why dispense with them at record speed?

And what is the benefit of frequent change of coaches at club and national teams?

Finally, we congratulate the national coach Salem Rabie in assuming the technical management of the first team at Al Wasl Club, and we wish him continued success, completing the success of the national coaches.
