On the "Echo Wall" of Huaichuan Street in Liuyang, Hunan, all kinds of citizens’ daily disturbances are written on the blackboard prominently. The community collects the above problems every day and cooperates with volunteer service teams to solve them, so as to help the urban poor and improve the residents’ housing surroundings.

[Explanation] Dong Wenying, secretary of the Party branch of Beiyuan Community, introduced that Beiyuan Community is located in the fringe of urban and rural areas. In addition to self-built houses by the aborigines, Xihushan Community in the community is the largest open old community in Liuyang.
In order to better serve the citizens and help poor households, in May 2020, the community explored and created the "echo wall". More than 900 citizens have joined the volunteer service team to help the neighbours solve their worries with the community.
The uncle who is replacing the light bulbs in the corridors of the community is named Wang Xianggen. He is 64 years old this year. He is a resident of Beiyuan Community in Huaichuan Street and a member of the volunteer service team here.
He said that he is mainly responsible for minor issues related to water and electricity in the community.

There are some minor problems in private houses (citizens), which make me basically aware.
