[Explanation] Typhoon No.17 "Shader" of 2020 passed from the southern part of Hainan Island on October 25.
According to the Hainan Meteorological Observatory, Typhoon Shader is expected to make landfall on the central coast of Vietnam in the early morning of October 26.
Affected by the "Shader" and cold air, there will be strong wind and rain on the sea and land in Hainan Province during the day from the 25th to the 26th.

[Explanation] In the morning, Hainan Provincial Meteorological Bureau continued to issue a three-level typhoon warning.
It is estimated that the accumulated rainfall in Haikou, Ding'an, Chengmai, Wenchang, Qionghai, Wanning and other cities and counties will reach 100-200 mm from 8 am on the 25th to 20 am on the 26th.

In the future (Typhoon Shader), it will continue to move westward, and it may make landfall on the north-central coast of Vietnam on the night of the 25th.
After landing, its intensity will rapidly weaken, and its impact on our province tends to end.
However, during the period from the night of the 25th to the morning of the 26th, the heavy rain area may gradually shift northward, that is, there will be heavy rains and local heavy rains in the northern, central and eastern regions.
The rainfall in the western and southern regions will be slightly lower, with moderate to heavy rainfall.
