Elementary school instructor arrested for sending obscene pictures to junior high school boys October 23, 11:12
An elementary school instructor in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, was arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department for sending obscene pictures to a junior high school boy he met on SNS.
The person who was arrested was Daiki Soukawa (29), a lecturer at Minoridai Elementary School in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture.
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, a 12-year-old male junior high school student who met on SNS last month was suspected of violating the Child Pornography Prohibition Law, alleging that he had him take an obscene image and send it to his smartphone.
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, he admitted the suspicion by stating to the investigation that it was "to satisfy his desires."
