On the night of the 21st, a two-family house was completely destroyed by a fire in Saitama City, and one body was found in the burnt remains.

The police have confirmed their identities and are continuing to confirm their safety as they have lost contact with the three people living in the house after the fire.

According to the police, after 7:30 pm on the 21st, residents reported to the fire department that "smoke is coming out from the first floor of the building" in Shinnakazato, Chuo-ku, Saitama City.



Twenty fire trucks came out to extinguish the fire, and the fire was extinguished half a day later after 7:00 am, but the two-family house was completely burned down and one body was found in the burnt remains.



The house is a two-story and three-story wooden building connected, with Sadahiro Kobayashi (84) and his 86-year-old wife in the two-story building, and Kobayashi's son in the three-story building. Osamu (61), a 54-year-old wife, and a 19-year-old grandson live, but after the fire, Kobayashi and his son Osamu have lost contact with each other.



Also, Osamu's 54-year-old wife was safe because he was out at the time, and his 19-year-old grandson was burned and taken to the hospital, but there is nothing wrong with his life.



The site is located in a residential area about 1 km southwest of JR Yono Station, and police are confirming the identities of the bodies and continuing to confirm the safety of the three.
