The man "flees" for 30 years because of a fight: When he surrendered, he was found not involved in the case, and his parents had passed away for many years

Beijing News (Reporter Du Mengyuan) On October 20, the Jinfeng Branch of the Yinchuan City Public Security Bureau reported that Zhou, a 52-year-old Xuzhou man, had surrendered in Yinchuan 30 years later because of a quarrel.

The police did not find information about Zhou's case and information on fugitives through inquiries.

During Zhou's "escape", his parents had died.

On the 16th, the police drove Zhou to the train station and bought a ticket to go home.

When Zhou surrendered, he told the police that one day in 1990, he had an argument with others and caused a gang fight.

The next day, he saw a police car at the scene of the incident, mistakenly thought it was arresting himself, and began to "flee".

Zhou said that in the 30 years of "escape", he had been to Alxa Left Banner and finally stayed in Yinchuan.

During this period, he worked odd jobs in coal kilns and brick factories, or made a living by picking up waste products.

Zhou said that after a long ideological struggle, he decided to surrender to the police.

After inquiring, the police found no information about Zhou's involvement in the case and information on the fugitives.

Upon hearing this news, Zhou hid his face and wept.

When Zhou "flighted", his father was 70 years old and his mother was 63 years old. Now his parents have died.

Because Zhou's household registration has been cancelled, the police contacted his family through various inquiries.

On October 16, the police drove Zhou to the train station, bought him a ticket to go home, and sent him to the train.
