Due to the accident, the Tomei Expressway was
closed on
the up line from ▽ Shimizu Junction in
Shizuoka Prefecture
to the Fujikawa service area where the Fujikawa smart interchange is located, and on
the down line from ▽ Fuji Interchange to Shimizu Junction.
