Storm Barbara is not weakening yet.

The strong gusts of wind which have been blowing since Monday evening in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes have caused the fall of several trees or branches on overhead power lines.

This Wednesday morning at 10 a.m., nearly 8,000 homes located in the Rhône valley and 15,000 in Auvergne were without electricity.
