Reports said Tuesday that James Redford, the son of famous American actor Robert Redford, died at his home in California, last Friday, at the age of 58, after a struggle with liver cancer.
The newspaper «Daily Mail» that James had been suffering from liver problems 30 years ago.
A spokesperson for his father, Robert Redford, 84, said: “The grief over the loss of the son cannot be measured.
James was a son, a husband, and a loving father. ”
She added that Robert is with his family at this difficult time, and demanded that the family's privacy be respected at that time.
