The series, embodied by Alexandra Lamy and Jean Dujardin indeed obtains 44% of the vote, or 15 points ahead of

Friends

and

 Urgences

 One guy, one girl

comes out on top in all categories: women, men, under 30, 30-60 and over 60.

Another French production,

Julie Lescaut

comes in fifth position.

Series fans will be surprised to find only two legendary series at the bottom of the ranking: Twin Peaks and The Sopranos.

They are indeed 13th and 14th out of 15.

Doctor House vs.

Desperate Housewives

With the 2000s came the great American series.

And without surprises, they occupy the three places of the podium, with in order

Doctor House

,

 NCIS

and

 Desperate Housewives

.

The French series

 Kaamelott

resisted and climbed to fourth position, two points off the podium.

In detail,

 Doctor House

and

 Desperate Housewives

The "American housewives" lead among women and under 30s.

The 30-60 year olds and the over 60s prefer the very sarcastic doctor played by Hugh Laurie.

French or American, the great detective series are not doing their best.

Engrenages

 The Wire

last.

The 2010s torn between streaming and the small screen
