Teleworking, dating apps, intimacy revealed on social networks: has our life become a permanent connection?

“Nomophobia” (fear of being separated from one's cell phone) has almost become a common addiction. This also has consequences on the development of public spaces: some Chinese cities have created lanes reserved for “Smombies” ( zombies from the laptop) to avoid pedestrian accidents.

In South Korea, where the rate of smartphone equipment is the highest in the world, light signals synchronized with traffic lights have been installed on the ground to alert pedestrians who have their noses in their smartphones!
