Did you know that it is possible to change the world by the way we eat?
Our food choices induce choices on a larger scale than that of our "plate": political, economic, ecological, cultural, and social choices.

What power in the hands of children, the adults of tomorrow!
The “Edible School” association, created by journalist Camille Labro, offers free admission to food education in schools.
Because teaching a child to taste and eat is equivalent to giving the adult the tools to make the right choices: the choice of what he wants to eat, for his health and his pleasure, the choice the world in which he wants to live, the type of agriculture, the societies he supports, the choice of the place he wants for man, the living, and the planet.
