History, education and civilizations have taught us that women are the basis of society, and the pillar of the development and strength of civilization.

They were not just verses written to win the applause of the audience on an occasion, but rather a reflection of a truth that some ignore and ignore, as it is the spirit of the place and it is the mother, sister, wife, teacher and nanny, and there are many names and attributes, but they remain the safety valve of the family and society, the compass of its development and the pillar of its stability.

Women in our homeland have deserved rights, the last of which is the right to equal salary, as they are no less generous or loyal than men, but in many cases they are more skilled, especially when the tasks are varied and their simultaneous implementation, and they are distinguished by minute details and excellence in performance, which is what some people ask that They seek to get rid of distinguished competencies or bully them in order to frustrate them or diminish their success, which is only explained by an inferiority complex and weakness of personality.

Ensuring our national gains, the development of our civilization, and the renaissance of our society depend on building and the fruit of women's giving, and the protection of these efforts is documented by sovereign decisions. We are not limited to being the most government with women ministerial positions, distinct parliamentary representation, or legislative and institutional laws and controls that guarantee their rights, and the establishment of a balance council between The two genders with quantitative and qualitative indicators, but we also need to build a societal and institutional culture and mechanisms to govern destructive behaviors, address them and hold perpetrators accountable.

The proclamation of the United Nations General Assembly in 1975 as the International Year of Women, and then the declaration of the years 1976-1985 as the United Nations Decade for Women, culminated in the Fourth World Conference on Women, which was held in Beijing in 1995, with further steps, including the endorsement of the methodology for working on women's rights as rights. Authentic humanity, and an obligation to take specific measures to ensure that these rights are respected.

And to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Method of Action is a firm indication of a humanistic approach to the endorsement of women's rights, which is what our country has demonstrated its leadership and aspirations for Emirati women to be decision-makers and builders of civilization, which requires that we not be satisfied with accepting any female element nominated by a male, for nothing but to fill Table of empowerment and gender equality ratios. Rather, it must be verified that it is the most worthy of all candidates of both genders (male or female), and that it deserves to become a humanitarian beacon and a model for positive Emirati citizenship to be emulated by others.

The second is quick to expose, while the first has cunning and cunning that may cause the work environment to sabotage and transfer the stigma of limited capabilities to the injustice of others.

We may also see another category of those who accuse the strong, sinister, leadership woman of being aggressive, not possessing the qualities of a team member and sabotaging the work of others, while if a man took her behavior to be described as an innate leader, enjoying what the work needs and ensuring its development, but the truth is that the difference between the two is only that The gender of the individual, as this proves an underlying fear of a strong and sinister woman, and they aim to fight her success and the emergence of her achievements. We are all individuals, and we all deserve to see equality, empowerment and functional justice achieved.
