Park Dae-seung, a comedian from a KBS public bond, was sentenced to two years in prison at the first trial, accused of installing and shooting illegal shooting cameras (hidden cameras) in the women's bathroom in the KBS research building.

On the afternoon of the afternoon of the 16th, Judge Ryu Hee-hyun, a criminal 13 alone, sentenced to two years in prison for Park Dae-seung, who was charged with violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (photographing using cameras, etc.) and invading places for sexual purposes.

The judiciary ordered Park Dae-seung to complete a 40-hour sexual violence treatment program and restrict employment at institutions related to children and adolescents.

The judge said, "The defendant, Park Dae-seung, broke into the bathroom and installed a micro camera to change clothes or to see the toilet. This was done over a long period of time and was often done. It is highly likely to criticize the victim's face by filming his private life against his colleagues at work. If it is revealed and distributed, it is difficult to recover.”

He then revealed the reason for the sentence, saying, "The victims are still suffering mental pain such as fear of changing clothes or going to the bathroom in their daily life, and they are petitioning for severe punishment, so the sentence is inevitable."

However, he added, "We considered the fact that the film did not circulate, that he gave himself up and reflected, and that he received forgiveness from some of the victims as favorable and normal."

From October 2018 to May this year, Park Dae-seung was arrested on charges of illegally photographing victims in the bathroom and changing room in the KBS research building (shooting using cameras, etc. of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes).
