Villagers wounded people with knives in disputes over losing sheep

　　The case originated from a dispute about losing a sheep.

　　On October 13, Ma’s son Ma Haijun told the Beijing News that at 8 o’clock on the 9th, his father discovered that a sheep lost a few days ago appeared in the sheep pen of his neighbor Wang.

Ma Haijun said that because the sheep had yellow hair on its face, "the characteristics were particularly obvious", his father recognized at a glance that this was the sheep that was lost in the family.

　　Ma Haijun said that after his parents communicated with Wang Mousheng's family, the other party refused to return the sheep, and then his father chose to report to the police.

　　According to the staff of the relevant departments of the Wuchuan County Public Security Bureau, after receiving the police information that day, Zhang Shuwei, the deputy director of the Ermenzi police station, and his colleagues immediately rushed to the village for disposal and contacted three village officials to participate in mediation, and then both parties were called Negotiate together.

　　During the process, Zhang Shuwei and his colleagues and the village committee cadres who participated in the mediation inquired in detail about the situation of both parties, and conducted mediation according to the wishes of the parties, and successively shared four sets of solutions.

　　The mediation lasted until 12 o'clock that day, and Ma Mougui proposed to use the trowel on the sheep (the mark brushed on the sheep) to identify it.

However, during the identification process, the parties quarreled.

Ma Mougui said no, Wang Mousheng pulled the sheep away. After a few steps, Ma Mougui suddenly drew a knife and stabbed Wang Mousheng.

　　Seeing Ma Mougui stab Wang Mousheng with a knife, Zhang Shuwei stepped forward and shouted loudly: "Put the knife down." The above-mentioned staff said that after hearing the sound, Ma Mougui immediately turned and stabbed at the oncoming Zhang Shuwei.

Zhang Shuwei fell to the ground after being stabbed and died on the spot. He was only 48 years old.

The two neighbourhood disputes have a long history

　　According to a report from the Wuchuan County Police on the 10th, the incident eventually led to the death of a policeman and Wang Mousheng, and the other three were injured (one of them died on the way to the hospital).

　　Ma Haijun said that the three deceased were Wang Mousheng, his sister, and Zhang Shuwei, deputy director of the Ermenzi police station; the injured were the party branch secretary and village director of Heilanghao Village and Wang Mousheng's brother.

　　"The conflict between our two families has a long history." Ma Haijun recalled that in May of last year, the two sides had a quarrel because their sheep passed by the door of Wang's home.

　　In addition, Ma Haijun remembered that when he was a child, his mother was injured in the head during the conflict with the Wang family.

　　Ma Haijun believes that this time because of the loss of sheep, the two sides failed to coordinate, and the two long-standing neighborhood conflicts finally led to the tragedy.

At 12:35 that day, Ma Mougui suddenly pulled out the sharp knife he carried and rushed towards Wang Mousheng. When the police stopped him, Ma Mougui stabbed the policeman to the ground, and then wounded others with the knife.

　　Currently, the suspect Ma Mougui has been arrested by the public security organs.

The two injured have been sent to the hospital for treatment, and the case is under further investigation.
