There are distinguished and high-end real estate companies that deal elegantly with their clients, whether in terms of the quality of their projects, the level of specifications of the housing units that they implement, or in terms of their commitment to work schedules and completion dates, in addition to their excellence in maintenance and after-sales services, these companies made a name Well and preserved it, and was able to reach this name to the world as well.

We cannot deny that, and such companies are not intended in what I mentioned during the previous two days of acts of arrogance and a display of force against dealers and buyers of some real estate companies within the state.

Good companies that respect the laws, and respect customers and investors, are high-level companies, and they are the good example, and the model that we would like to see in all other real estate companies, the difference of these companies, and their strong reputation, are a good extension of the city's reputation, and Dubai is a distinguished global city in the sense of the word, And everything in it must be distinct and distinct.

We never need to distinguish between companies by mentioning their names, but rather their businesses, projects and customers attest to them, and through a first look at the quality of projects, the quality of external and internal designs and designs, and the reputation of the company in the market, any buyer can know in which of the two categories or two places the company.

In general, the administrations of some real estate companies must be aware of the current stage conditions, and be modest to the demands of dealers, and not act with them from the logic of strength only, but from the logic of permanent partnership.

These companies should always strive to gain a good reputation as much as possible, because a good reputation based on sophisticated real dealings is the good balance of the company, and it is the best way to promote the marketing of their products, and if these companies want to restore the movement, growth and sale of residential units, then they should not rely solely on marketing And promotional offers, rather they depend on the principle of honesty of promises before the sale, and the quality of service at the post-sale stage, and they must raise the slogan of customer service first and foremost, and they must be clear in their rights and obligations, and in the rights of the buyer, they must follow the principle of flexibility in the interest of the buyer No profit maximization principle even in the after-sales stage!

The real estate sector is still promising, and it is a candidate for growth and recovery again, and we are still an attractive, distinctive and target place for investors, and we are still one of the most beautiful countries in the world, and with a little regulation, and a review of the nature of the relationship between real estate companies and buyers, the real estate sector will undoubtedly revive, and it will achieve good growth.
