On the 12th, the 62-year-old Ms. Li, who was previously treated at Hongqi Hospital in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, passed away on the evening of the 11th. The death toll from this poisoning accident rose to 8.

Currently, Li, who is being treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, is still being rescued.

  According to the information released by the Food Division of the Heilongjiang Provincial Health and Health Commission, after the epidemiological investigation and CDC sampling and testing of this food poisoning incident, a high concentration of orychotic acid was detected in the corn flour, and also in the gastric juice of the patient. It was preliminarily identified as a food poisoning incident caused by Pseudomonas cococonta contaminated with rice yeast acid.

  Recently, a food poisoning incident occurred in Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province. It was caused by fermented rice noodles. Food poisoning of fermented rice noodles is also known as Pseudomonas cocotoxin subspecies of fermented rice noodles. The main reason for this poisoning is If food is improperly stored and deteriorated under hot and humid conditions, it will produce a toxin called serotonin, which can cause serious food poisoning and even death after people eat it.

  [Explanation] According to experts, food poisoning incidents caused by Pseudomonas cocotoxin subspecies of fermented rice noodles have been rare in recent years, but in areas where traditional dietary habits are still maintained, there have been incidents of poisoning caused by fermented foods. Occurrence, and currently there is no specific detoxification drug for rice yeast acid.

  This rice yeast acid is very heat-resistant, even if it is boiled with 100 degrees Celsius boiling water or pressure cooker cooking can not destroy its toxicity, then it can cause serious damage to many human organs including liver, kidney, heart, and brain. At present, there is no specific antidote for this rice yeast acid. Once poisoned, the fatality rate can be as high as 40%-100%.

  [Explanation] Experts suggest that the best way to prevent fermented rice noodles from food poisoning is to not produce or eat fermented rice noodles, sour soup, and other fermented noodles. If you prepare fermented noodles, you must change the water frequently and maintain hygiene. It is necessary to ensure that the food has no peculiar smell. Once pink, green, yellow-green, black and other colored mildew spots are found, they should not be eaten. After refining, they should be dried in time or dried into powder. The storage should be ventilated, moisture-proof and dust-proof.

  So if the food poisoning reaction occurs, you should stop eating immediately and seek medical treatment in time. Symptomatic treatments such as vomiting, gastric lavage, and bowel cleansing can be used. People who eat food together should also go to the hospital for observation.
