The "Little West Lake" on the campus of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University has good water quality and more and more fish. In order to improve water resources, the school decided to salvage silver carp, carp, crucian carp and other species.

In line with the principles of strict economy and food safety, the school conducts food safety inspections on the fish and cooks them in the school cafeteria into chopped pepper, spicy, and steamed flavors.

On October 9, the six canteens on the north and south campus of the school cooked more than 6,000 pieces of fish for free tasting by all teachers and students.
