The latest assessment of the coronavirus in France published by Public Health France on Friday reports 32,630 deaths, more than 20,000 cases in 24 hours and a test positivity rate that exceeds 10%.

The body has a total of 691,977 confirmed cases (+20,339 in 24 hours) and 1,362 clusters under investigation.

Public Health France also notes that 4,837 new hospitalizations have taken place over the last 7 days, including 921 in intensive care.

The test positivity rate stands at 10.4%.

Elsewhere in the world, Public Health France reports 36,583,084 cases confirmed since the end of December 2019, including 3,874,181 in Europe, and 1,062,978 deaths, including 194,147 in Europe.
