you also tell by giving the name and the details a sexual harass (sic) that you knew in your job.
I'm waiting for you ".
Message followed four hours later by a second tweet: “'You have big breasts.
You are my type of woman.
I'll make you cum all night long ”Eric Brion ex-boss of Equidia #balancetonporc”.

Convicted of defamation
The initiator of #BalanceTonPorc was convicted in September 2019 for defamation.
The journalist at the Audiovisual Letter was also ordered to pay her 5,000 euros in legal costs, to withdraw the disputed tweet and to publish legal statements on her Twitter account and in two press organs when the decision is made. definitive.
The court stressed that the issue of "violence in all its forms inflicted on women by men is clearly a matter of general interest".
However, the judges considered that by accusing Eric Brion of having sexually harassed her, Sandra Muller made defamatory remarks - the offense of harassment being constituted by "repetition or serious pressure", which was not not - and that she cannot benefit from the excuse of "good faith", having provided neither "sufficient factual basis" nor proof of the truth of her accusations.
"Ruined" life
Calling himself a "victim of Sandra Muller", Eric Brion said he had had his life "completely ruined".
“I spent hours and hours staring at the ceiling at home… It's a social death, we are no longer invited anywhere, the phone no longer rings,” he said.
Sandra Muller "lacked caution in her tweet, in particular by using strong terms such as" pig "to qualify the applicant, likening him in this context to Harvey Weinstein, and" balance ", (...) thus exposing him to social stigma;
she exceeded the permissible limits of freedom of expression, her remarks degenerating into a personal attack, ”the court said.
