The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) continues its music program, which it launched last August under the slogan "The National Anthem of the United Arab Emirates".

As this month holds more workshops specialized in exploring talent, empowering owners, and unleashing their energies towards professional horizons.

As part of this month's program, musician Muhammad Hamami and the Sharq band will present a workshop on Al-Qudood Al-Halabi, in which he narrates the timeless musical story of this ancient type of singing that reflects the originality of Arab art and constitutes a milestone for the Syrian city of Aleppo, and the workshop will be held next Thursday.

On the 11th of this month, a workshop on contemplative music and spiritual treatment through music is being organized, with the participation of the artist Lydia Stankulova, who specializes in playing the harp, and the musician Mohamed Hamami on the violin, along with musician Anas al-Halabi on the hand-pan

Meanwhile, artists Nina Buchakjian, who specializes in the oud, and Abeer Sidani, who specializes in guitar instruments, will present a workshop on binary instruments, on January 15.

On the 18th of the same month, a training workshop will be held on the string quartet, which includes the violin, "viola" and "cello", which is considered one of the most important groups and musical formulas.

The music program, which was launched by the authority on August 16 and will continue until November 29, aims to discover, support and develop the talents of emerging UAE citizens and residents on its land, develop their skills, and refine their experiences in the field of musical arts.

The program provides a platform for the development of promising musical talents through a series of specialized workshops under the supervision of a distinguished elite of Emirati, Arab and foreign musicians, in a way that contributes to enriching the sector with young talents in the fields of musical arts, leading to strengthening the emirate's position as a global center of culture, an incubator for creative people and a forum for talents.
