[Explanation] In February 2019, Li Jinxue, as one of the 40 members of the Nujiang Prefecture Helping Poverty Alleviation Task Force under the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, came to Lao Lao.
He built a modern citrus orchard in Laowo Village under the guidance of academician workstations and post scientists led by Deng Xiuxin, the chief scientist of Chinese citrus and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

In August 2019, Laowo Village established a professional cooperative for poverty alleviation with 132 filed and registered households, and introduced 2.25 million yuan of free funding from the e-commerce company "Pinduoduo" to transfer the wealth of oranges and citrons. The planting area has expanded to more than 300 mu.
