At about 5:40 on October 4th, near Shiqiao Village, Changchunling Town, Fuyu City, 39 kilometers away from Provincial Highway No. 514, a small ordinary truck with the number plate Kyrgyzstan A1E19W driving from west to east hit the four agricultural wheels driving in the same direction ahead The rear of the tractor drove into the opposite lane and collided with a Ji JMK350 minivan on the opposite side.
At present, the accident caused 18 deaths and 1 injured.

Among them, the preliminary investigation found that 6 people died on the spot; the cab of the vehicle involved in the accident was severely deformed, and 2 more people were found dead after dismantling; 10 people were sent to the hospital due to injuries and died after rescue efforts; and 1 agricultural four-wheel tractor driver People are injured and are being treated actively, without life threatening.
