One more complaint against Eric Zemmour.

The departmental council of Gers, through the voice of its president Philippe Martin (PS), announces this Friday to start a procedure against the polemicist of CNews after the remarks he made on the air on isolated minors.

On Wednesday evening, the essayist journalist described "all" migrant minors as "thieves", "murderers" and "rapists".

These assertions make jump in the departmental councils, in charge of the aid to the children.

Already Thursday, the president of that of Loire-Atlantique, Philippe Grosvalet (PS), chose to file a complaint.

Honored to welcome and protect them

"We will do the same and we in turn will file a complaint against Eric Zemmour for his hate speech, on CNews, against minor migrants that we are honored to welcome, protect and train in the Gers", writes Philippe Martin on Twitter.

Several complaints have been filed against Eric Zemmour since Wednesday.

The Paris prosecutor's office has decided to open an investigation against him, in particular for “provocation of racial hatred”.

The polemicist is in recurrence.

He was sentenced for the same reasons to a fine of 10,000 euros last week.
