China News Agency reporter Liang Ting

On the night of Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, under the bright moon, Wuhan's two rivers and four banks were lit by lights.

When the light and shadow cast the words "Salute to the Heroes of Anti-epidemic" on the building, Li Dongwei, a nurse from the First People's Hospital of Changde City, Hunan, was already in tears.

Half a year ago, Wuhan’s high-rise buildings lit up the lights to bid farewell to the medical aid team in Hubei.

On the night of Mid-Autumn Festival, the familiar lights came on again.

Light and shadow intertwined, the buildings on the riverside turned into a big screen, and a golden phoenix waved its wings and soared upward.

Li Dongwei took out his cell phone and recorded the scene before him.

In mid-February, Li Dongwei and his colleagues supported Wuhan Huangpi Fangcai Hospital.

When she arrived in Wuhan, the deserted street scene made her feel sad.

After more than half a year, Wuhan resumed its busy traffic, streets, roads, bridges, and five-star red flags flying everywhere, adding to the festive season.

"I'm so glad that Wuhan is back to its original state." Li Dongwei said, accompanied by his family and came to Wuhan as a tourist, feeling very relaxed.

This year's National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival overlap, Wuhan ushered in the first Golden Week after the "restart".

Nearly 400 A-level tourist attractions in Hubei continue to implement the policy of exempting tickets for tourists from all over the country, and Wuhan has launched cultural and tourism experience projects such as the "Yellow Crane Tower at Night" and the large-scale light show on the Yangtze River.

Driven by the policy, Wuhan has become a long-term holiday arrival city, and the flow of visitors to Hanoi ushered in a peak.

According to official estimates, the average daily arrivals at the three major stations in Wuhan are about 200,000 passengers, and the average daily arrival at the airport is about 30,000.

"Our whole family has regarded Wuhan as the'second hometown'." It is the first time for Li Dongwei and his family of three to spend the Mid-Autumn Festival outside.

She said that a family together means consummation.

This trip brought a 7-year-old son with him, and wanted him to feel the spirit of bravery, strength and non-giving up.

This Mid-Autumn Festival, the "post-95" boy Zhang Qianlong waited for the "big reunion" after the "little parting".

Early in the morning, he came to the vegetable market to prepare for the reunion dinner in the evening.

Seeing the bustling crowd on the street, Zhang Qianlong was deeply moved.

Zhang Qianlong is a nurse in the People's Hospital of Wuhan University.

At the beginning of this year, he originally planned to return to Henan for the New Year. He learned that the epidemic was urgent, so he returned his ticket and stayed in Wuhan to fight the epidemic.

Supporting the isolation ward, moving to the Eastern Hospital to take care of critically ill patients, and participating in lung transplants for patients with new coronary pneumonia in the hospital... Due to work needs, he also postponed his wedding.

Zhang Qianlong's fiancee, Zhao Min, is a nurse at Wuhan Tongji Hospital.

Due to work arrangements, the two had limited holidays, so they invited their parents to Wuhan to reunite.

This is their first meeting with their family after the epidemic.

"Make up for the reunion dinner that I didn't eat during the Chinese New Year." Zhang Qianlong said, it is not easy for Wuhan to slowly recover.

In response to emergencies, the department recently conducted a new round of anti-epidemic training.

"The most difficult time has passed, and we will work hard to protect the hard-won results." He said.

Chi Juan, who works in Wuxi, took the long vacation to return to Wuhan to visit relatives. Due to the epidemic, she did not go home for most of the year.

"The atmosphere is a bit like New Year." She said that the epidemic made her know how to cherish. Having relatives and friends with each other is the most plain happiness.

On Mid-Autumn Festival night, "family sits together, the lights are lovely."

Reunion after goodbye, Jiangcheng is as bright as ever.
