On September 29, the giant panda Shuqin of the China Giant Panda Conservation and Research Center gave birth to twins at the Shenshuping base in Wolong.

At the end of May this year, the giant panda "Shuqin" completed natural mating. At the beginning of September, there were obvious pregnancy reactions such as decreased feed intake and increased rest time. The amniotic fluid broke at 13:20 on September 29, and the first cub was born at 13:47. Hours later, the second child was born at 18:25.

Experts from China Giant Panda Conservation and Research Center took out the second cub and sent it to the nursery for artificial feeding.

Upon examination, the second child is a male, weighing only 57.1 grams, which is the lightest baby panda born so far, with a quiet call and normal vitality.

At present, "Shuqin" nurtures the boss carefully, and the sex and weight of the boss are still unknown.
