An Egyptian girl dies of grief for her father after his death with the Corona virus

Tens of thousands of "Facebook" pioneers expressed their grief and shock at the death of a girl in her second decade of life in the city of Mahalla Al-Kubra, Gharbia Governorate, Egypt.

The girl named Noreen Al-Gharabli died after suffering a sudden illness after the departure of her father Faraj Al-Gharabli, a geography teacher, after he was infected with the new Corona virus early last month.

The late girl had been spiritually attached to her father, which sparked her grief and struck her in a state of shock and constant crying mourning his sudden departure due to the deadly Covid 19 virus.

For his part, Dr. Magda Al-Khawaja, one of the women of the local community, said that the late girl’s death came as a result of her being ill as a result of infection with "red lupus" and her treatment for several consecutive weeks in a hospital in Mansoura until she passed away as a result of her illness and grief over the separation of her father.

Al-Khawaja confirmed that the girl’s family is keen to receive her body and finish the washing procedures in preparation for her funeral from a mosque in the workers ’city’s center for burial in the family’s cemetery.
