German experts: To protect against Coronavirus, renew the air in your homes

The Central Association of Electronic Professions and Information Technology stated that proper and regular ventilation of the home helps protect against the emerging corona virus, noting that this matter also applies during the winter season.

The German experts explained that a device can be used to measure the extent of air saturation with carbon dioxide, that is, exhaled air.

The meter prompts colorful warnings on its screen when the oxide level is above the correct limit, which means that it may be loaded with pathogens.

To completely renew the air, windows should be opened for several minutes, noting that ventilation based on air currents at regular intervals is more effective and efficient than constantly opening the windows somewhat.

And if the rooms cannot be ventilated regularly and intensively, then German experts recommend installing a ventilation system with a special air filter, as well as carbon dioxide sensors.

As soon as the carbon dioxide meters detect that the carbon dioxide content in the air has risen above the specified value, they turn on the ventilation system;

It expels waste air from the rooms and at the same time allows fresh air to enter.
