"Mask Singer" returns to TF1 with a dime a dozen new features

The show hosted by Camille Combal returns in force on October 17, and passes for the occasion of the box from Friday to Saturday evening.

But this is not the only novelty planned in the program.

Because if the members of the jury remain in place (namely Alessandra Sublet, Anggun, Jarry and Kev Adams), the production has put the package to renew the curiosity of the public.

It must be said that the challenge is considerable.

This starts with the costumes, numbering 12 this year.

“It's a duo in the city or on the stage,” says Rémi Faure, director of TF1 flow programs.

Another innovation: the thirteenth costume.

During the second premium, an “international star” will come face to face with the jury, for one evening only.

It will then be up to the four investigators to decipher the clues before she reveals her identity at the end of the program.

This mechanic is to be taken as a bonus, since it will not impact the course of the adventure in any way, and as famous as it is, this character will not be able to win the game.

But the comedian qualifies his remarks by insisting on what the raven brings to the game. “When he arrives, it's scary and it adds rhythm, intrigue, a little dark side.

This season, they will be twelve.

But that, Alessandra Sublet does not understand.

“I have always said to the production that if I found a name, I gave it,” says the host.

Criticisms heard by the production, which decided to offer less hermetic magnetos and less self-tuned services.

What about the casting?

Despite the incessant pleas of journalists during the press conference, it is impossible to have even the beginnings of a clue about the personality behind the octopus or the dragon.

The only information we have is that celebrities have submitted their spontaneous application and that they have been selected.
