  Zhu Honggen, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1962 in Chun'an, Zhejiang Province, with a postgraduate degree. He started working in July 1987 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1985.

  From May 2001 to January 2003, deputy head of the People's Government of Zixi County, Fuzhou City;

  From January 2003 to May 2006, member of the Standing Committee of Zixi County Party Committee and Deputy County Mayor of Fuzhou City;

  From May 2006 to November 2006, Deputy Secretary and Acting Mayor of Lichuan County Committee of Fuzhou City;

  From November 2006 to June 2008, deputy secretary and county head of Lichuan County Committee of Fuzhou City;

  From June 2008 to August 2010, deputy secretary and county head of Nanfeng County Committee of Fuzhou City;
