They are called "ghost children".

In sub-Saharan Africa, 95 million children who have no birth certificate.

However, when one does not have legal existence, one cannot register for school examinations and administrative competitions.

To fight against this immense injustice, the Senegalese Amadou Moustapha Ndiaye and the Cameroonian Abdoulaye Harissou have just created the Africa Identity Emergency Fund, which appeals to donors.
