There is a 73-year-old man in Hangzhou who likes to swim in a bottle with a warm story behind it

From our newspaper, 73-year-old Yang Jinsong is a strange man in the outdoor swimming base of Genshan Canal Park.

When the weather is hot in summer, Yang Jinsong will go to Genshan Canal Park to swim every day. Unlike others, he puts a bottle on his head every time he swims, sometimes it is a bottle of mineral water, sometimes it is a bottle of juice. All the bottles were tamed by him after debugging.

Breaststroke, backstroke, no matter what position he changed, the bottle stayed firmly on his head.

When he is in good condition, he will also play the trick of putting the bottle upside down-standing the bottle cap on his head.

At this time, his juggling skills often arouse the attention of other swimmers around, and many people pick up their phones to shoot videos.

"When the end of the bottle cap is facing down, people's attention will be particularly concentrated, and their minds are focused on how to balance the bottle, and there are no distracting thoughts in my heart. I have never studied qigong, and feel that after swimming like this, I feel refreshed all day. It's refreshing, this is also my personal exercise method." Yang Jinsong said that this exercise method is related to the public welfare activities he participated in before.

When he used to swim in the morning, an older sister caught his attention.

Every time the eldest sister comes to exercise, she carries a bag, and while swimming, she collects the mineral water bottles left on the road and in the water.

At the beginning, Yang Jinsong didn't quite understand it.

Later, after swimming together for a long time, I learned that the eldest sister went to Lin'an village to be an educated youth when she was young. After coming back, she never forgot where she was. She must do her best to support local children.

Yang Jinsong said that he admired this elder sister very much.

Later when he was swimming, he encountered a bottle in the water, and he would help the eldest sister pick it up together.

Sometimes there were too many bottles to be picked up, and he couldn't hold it in two hands. He suddenly wanted to put the extra bottles on his forehead.

After trying many times and finally succeeding, he began to enjoy it, and later persisted in this little hobby.

"A personal hobby is not a unique skill. You can master it after a long time of practice."

Yang Jinsong, born in 1948, loved swimming when he was young. He graduated from Zhejiang University with a major in materials science. His main work is in the office. After getting married and having children, his sports hobby has changed to running. Sometimes he drove an electric bike to work and rode. Electric cars get off work.

After retiring in 2008, Yang Jinsong recovered his favorite swimming sport.

"My wife and my wife are getting old, and my daughter works in Shanghai. My wife walks and exercises every day, and I just swim. We protect our bodies and don't worry about our children, which is the greatest help to them."
