Tomorrow, the Xiaoshan Kuahu Bridge Site Museum, where Diebian returns, will be open to the public again for free.

Starting from January 2nd, the Kuahuqiao Site Museum has undergone a comprehensive renovation and display.

This time there was a lot of noise, because September 28, 2009, was its birthday. After 11 years, it needs a ceremony and a new life.

This museum was born because of the earliest canoe in the world.

Now, what has happened to this "ship" that has been docked on the shore of Xianghu Lake for 8000 years?

A few days ago, a reporter from Qian Bao visited the class exclusively.

Permanent pavilion nearly doubled

The appearance of the "ship" has not changed, but the interior of the "cabin" is completely overthrown.

What we see now is a new ship.

The Kuahuqiao culture is 8000 years old. Let’s first understand some of its "most"-the earliest use of natural lacquer in the world, the earliest canoe in the world, the earliest herbal pot in China, the earliest slow-wheel trimming technology in China, The earliest horizontal loom in China, the earliest jade in southern China, and the earliest domestic pig in southern China.

The permanent exhibition hall was expanded from the original 680 square meters to 1,200 square meters.

Deputy curator Han Haiying told reporters that the number of cultural relics that can be seen in the museum has doubled from over 150 pieces (groups) ten years ago to over 300 pieces (groups).

The treasure at the bottom of the box at the Kuahuqiao site, the treasure of various town halls, can finally be taken out.

How to tell the story of a person who crossed the lake bridge for 8000 years, the exhibition follows a logical line: archaeological discovery-life-art-spirit-continuation.

At the beginning, it was the archaeological discovery-how the Kuahuqiao site was discovered. This time, a unit was devoted to explain the whole process of the three discoveries clearly.

The new fifth unit talks about the blending of civilizations.

In other words, the Cross Lake Bridge man brought out his brothers and sisters.

The Kuahuqiao culture inherits the Shangshan culture and the Qihe Mudu culture in the prehistoric cultural pedigree of Zhejiang, thus establishing a new pattern of diverse cultures in the region of Zhejiang and pushing the in-depth study of the history of Chinese culture and civilization to a higher level.

For example, what is the relationship between Kuahuqiao culture and Hemudu culture?

From the comparison of artifacts, you can discover many secrets.

Learn how to make carpenters from the ancients

The highlight of the exhibition is of course the food, clothing, housing and transportation of the people crossing the lake bridge.

We all know that the woodware of the people who cross the lake bridge is their masterpiece.

How to tell a good wood story?

A total of 14 types of wood have been discovered at the Kuahuqiao site. Among them, 9 types of wood "samples" are nailed to the wall. What tools can each type of wood make? Ladles, plates, etc., while pine wood is suitable for boats, boards, hammers, ladders, etc.

People who cross the lake know that using the heartwood of wood can prevent wood from cracking and make objects with higher hardness and toughness. Using the properties of lacquer, wood can be decorated and repaired.

In the exhibition, these small details of how to use the wood heartwood are also explained in detail by line drawing.

After reading it, it is equivalent to taking a carpenter's hand-made course. You can deeply understand that the technology of selection, classification and processing of wood by the people of the lake bridge has been quite developed, which meets the modern scientific standards.

It's not enough to just talk about it. If the tools of the people crossing the lake bridge are good or not, they have to get started.

Another highlight of this change is that there are more interactive areas. For example, try it on a large piece of wood, and you can understand it in seconds.

Then I walked to the Xiasun site section where pottery was displayed-a pottery workshop. There were four small holes on the display wall. I was about to walk away when the designer suddenly stopped me and asked me to get close to the small hole and look inside. There is no cave inside.

The pottery made by the people who cross the lake bridge is hidden inside, and a detailed explanation is attached below:

"We call it exploratory exhibition, deliberately not let you see all, let you come over, explore and discover by yourself." This is a careful opportunity left by the designer, and every unit has it.

The people who crossed the lake bridge 8000 years ago were originally young. Their scientific spirit and enjoyment of life are expressed in a brand-new way of presentation.

3D printing experience device, immersive experience, the new media screen alone has increased to nearly 30 pieces.

There are also a few films that were re-shot for the exhibition, which should not be missed.

I recommend one of the films. I watched the evolution of the steamer from ancient times to modern times while standing in front of a round glass.

The designer said that a cutting-edge display method was used this time-high crystal electronic chip glass, which is used for imaging on transparent glass. Currently, few museums in the province have used it.

 The canoe is finally there

Finally, the heavyweight town hall treasure, how is it?

The oldest canoe preserved in the world-the canoe across the lake bridge, 6.5 meters deep under the Xianghu Lake, it is still anchored in the original place.

However, the canoe home has been upgraded.

This exhibition hall is now called the Kuahuqiao Site Protection Exhibition Hall.

The dots of lights, dreamlike, seem to have come to the shore, and even the fence of the plank road has been changed from wooden stakes to glass.

Nowadays, beside the canoe, there is still a canoe restoration boat, restored 1:1, and once sailed in the sea.

More importantly, display cabinets and display panels for ruins information related to the canoe have been added on both sides of the plank road, which is equivalent to opening a new exhibition on the theme of the canoe.

It has been nearly 20 years since the canoe was unearthed in 2002. The staff have been dewatering the original site and protecting it with science and technology. The canoe has been living in a glass room with constant temperature and humidity, protecting it and showing it to the public.

Ordinary glass has been upgraded to a more advanced low-reflection glass.

Han Haiying said that this kind of low-reflective glass will not be reflective and resistant to pressure when taking pictures, but it cannot be wiped with a general rag for normal maintenance. It must be a lens wiping cloth as small as a handkerchief.

After watching the canoe, people who are interested can stroll around here slowly.

Even the pillars hide the knowledge of archaeology.
