He was transported to the University Hospital Pontchaillou in Rennes at night, in a state of absolute emergency.
Saturday evening around 10 p.m., a young man aged 18 fell heavily while he was in a wood in Hennebont, near Lorient (Morbihan).
The victim was then with a group of friends.
They were the ones who called the firefighters for help.
The emergency services deployed their Group of Reconnaissance and Intervention in Perilous Environment (GRIMP) to bring up the young man, who would have fallen from a height of about ten meters.
The site was not accessible to motorized vehicles, the firefighters had to make their way through the vegetation.
The victim was medicalized on the spot and transported to Rennes at night.
