In September of last year, Noel was handed over to trial on charges of hitting a motorcycle while driving while drunk on a road near Gwangheungchang Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

In June, Noel was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison for violating the law on specific crimes (dangerous driving), road traffic law (drinking driving), criminal evacuation teacher, and violation of the Insurance Fraud Prevention Special Act in the first trial in June. I was sentenced to two years of probation.
