[Explanation] In recent years, incidents of human injuries caused by falling objects from high altitude have occurred frequently, seriously affecting the safety of urban residents, and are called "pain hanging over the city."

The "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" passed on May 28 this year expressly stipulates that "throwing objects from buildings is prohibited."

[Commentary] On September 25, it rained lightly on the streets of Chengdu High-tech Zone, Sichuan.

In a community in Yueyahu Community of the High-tech Zone, the operation and maintenance staff of the high-altitude parabolic intelligent monitoring system are testing the operation of the system under rain and fog.

The staff stood on the 29-storey rooftop and dropped the paper ball, "looking up" at the building's all-weather high-definition camera to immediately capture the image and upload the system, the system accurately marked the object's falling track and sent the warning information to the property management in the form of SMS personnel.

Wang Cen, the person in charge of the system technology, introduced that the system can achieve a maximum monitoring range of 100 meters high and 50 meters wide, and all buildings with 30 floors can meet intelligent monitoring.

Property management personnel can log in to the cloud platform through a mobile phone or computer, so that they can view the entire high-altitude parabolic behavior in real time, and can quickly determine the parabolic floor and the parabolic man, so as to facilitate some subsequent processing.

At the same time, our entire system can also save the video and image information of high-altitude parabolic behavior for a long time for evidence collection.

[Explanation] It is understood that this high-altitude parabolic intelligent monitoring system was developed and landed at the beginning of this year. This community is also the first community to promote this system.

According to Zhao Bo, the property manager of the community, with the agreement of the owner's committee and the community, after the introduction of this system in early September this year, the phenomenon of garbage falling on the low-level platform has been significantly reduced.

Due to the relatively high floors in our community, some high-altitude parabolic phenomena often occur.

Since the installation and trial operation this month, we have captured three high-altitude parabolic incidents.

After monitoring the relevant incident, we all arranged for personnel to come to the door in time for warning and handling. If the consequences are serious, we will report to the public security organ and provide relevant video and image evidence as verification.

[Explanation] In the case of repeated prohibitions on parabolic at high altitude, video surveillance has become the main means for many communities to prevent parabolic at high altitude.

Wang Cen said that the current high-altitude parabolic monitoring equipment in domestic residential communities is still mostly old-fashioned video storage equipment that integrates shooting, storage, and query functions. Compared with intelligent monitoring systems, there are obvious blind spots and shortcomings.

According to our company's investigation and research, there are three main problems with this domestic monitoring system.

One is that it does not implement all-weather video surveillance; the second is that it cannot capture video; the third is that it cannot perform real-time monitoring of high-altitude projectiles and the function of active warning.

And in the process of video preservation, it is easy to be (affected) by rainy and foggy weather and strong sunlight, (causing) less than ideal video effects.

[Explanation] Wang Cen said frankly that limited by R&D costs and equipment costs, the current domestic high-altitude parabolic intelligent monitoring system is expensive, and it is also one of the pain points of current promotion.

But he believes that as the country and the people pay more attention to parabolic high-altitude, and more and more companies join the industry, the intelligent monitoring system of parabolic high-altitude will become the "standard configuration" of the community.

The future development trend is mainly that the high-altitude parabolic system is integrated into a part of the smart community, providing intelligent community management (solution) and video (high-altitude parabolic monitoring) artificial intelligence (real-time) processing (effect) improvement.
