China News Service, September 25th. The Public Security Bureau of Xiayi County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province notified the WeChat public account on the 25th that at 3 am on September 25th, Zhang Yumin, the suspect in a major criminal case of "2020.09.20" in Guodian Town, Xiayi County (Also known as Zhang Bing) was arrested by the police and brought to justice.
The case is being further processed.

Prior to this, the Xiayi police issued a reward announcement, stating that in a major criminal case, the person was suspected of committing a major crime, and for providing clues to arrest the suspect or discover the suspect’s body, the reward was RMB 100,000.
