Migrants: Europeans want to change the rules

the European Commission presents this Wednesday new proposals to manage the influx of migrants at its borders, to ease the burden on the countries of first arrival, Greece, Italy, Malta, and to better share this weight between Member States.

There is no longer any question of forcing countries that refuse to accept refugees, but their "compulsory solidarity" will have to be expressed in another form, financially or by managing the return of migrants who do not have the right to asylum.

The other parts of this plan are more classic,
