The strike is over.

The medical association and the major council agreed on a compromise with the government.

It's a relief to be able to say'the strike is over'.

How much was my mind during the strike?

Everyone must have had the same mind.

Even a single life should not be the main character of this tragedy.

Perhaps that is why it is difficult to expect indefinite action from a doctors strike.

Majoring doctors do all of their work and take action in groups.

Still, I was anxious and the professors filled the vacancy.

It is also true that the health of professors on duty at 50 lines of age was concerned.

During the strike, two of my patients had to go to the emergency room.

I was really worried a lot while sending.

Although essential personnel in charge of emergency medical care are resident, there is a clear possibility that my patient will be out of benefit.

Even after sending, I don't know how many times I have called my guardian.

I was relieved of my anxiety only after hearing that the procedure was scheduled.

Many think that doctors should not strike.

Perhaps that is why during the strike, I heard criticism from non-doctors.

"Aren't you too selfish in this situation?"

"It's a bowl fight in the end"

Understand their hearts.

I have a similar mind.

Since the strike of the medical profession took the patient hostage, there may be ethical issues, and it should not be done unless it is a necessary justification.

Nevertheless, this strike occurred.

The psychology of each of the doctors inherent in the strike is rather complex.

First of all, convinced doctors may have stepped forward insisting that "public medical schools fail."

However, this'opposition to public medical college' seems to be the main reason, but it is not.

It is a topic that new doctors and medical students will be sensitive to.

Behind it lies pure desire.

First of all, I think the first thing is to want to see medical treatment.

It is difficult to expect individual doctors to be ethical in nature, but basically the process of becoming a doctor drives them crazy on patients.

Most of them, including me.

The reason is the long training process.

If you are a doctor who has another specialty, you live at least 7 years from your student days, and 11 years from entering medical school.

The professors who teach them and the patients who entrust their bodies to them have high standards as experts, so they cannot help but devote themselves to their work.

That's why doctors self-help themselves, saying,'I don't know anything outside of medical care'.

In the future, medical treatment becomes everything in life.

There are a number of doctors who do not know well about financial technology, which is common, and only doctors remain friends.

For such doctors, medical treatment is a pride.

Poor medical practice is a blasphemy.

Among doctors,'acquisition of the latest knowledge' is the greatest admiration as a competent doctor, and treatment that relies only on inertia or experience is the object of desperation.

In the opinion of doctors, doctors must learn and develop endlessly.

If there is authority among doctors, the only thing is'diligence' to learn this latest knowledge.

In other words, if you think you are a diligent doctor, you have the freedom to not obey any authority in the world.

This is the same for any doctor in the world.

One of the doctors I know went to the United States and resumed his training life, but he said he was greatly ignored as a doctor of the margins.

Even though he was from Seoul National University, the best in Korea, he couldn't recognize it in the United States.

He also made a few rounds and the atmosphere changed.

After knowing that everyone knows a lot of the latest knowledge, it became an atmosphere of acknowledging him for an instant.

There will be few occupations that will recognize your abilities so quickly.

Skills are a job that can beat authority.

For such doctors, “textbooks,” “guidelines,” and “latest journals” are almost akin to faith.

But Korea is a little different.

In Korea, all hospitals are'mandatorily designated' as national health insurance treatment institutions.

Prices for medicines and medical care have been forced by the state and have been stagnating for decades without reflecting inflation.

The cost of medical care is lower than the cost, and the Constitutional Court ruled on it.

The reason for the constitution is that'even if doctors infringe on private property rights are recognized, the size of the public interest is larger.'

It's like saying that if a doctor suffers a loss, he should make up for it with over-treatment or whatever.

Infringement of private property rights must be conceded to the public interest on the premise of the method of remedies for infringement and its effectiveness.

But everyone is silent on this point.

In the silence of everyone, the perception of one human being as a public good came to be realized.

Here the tragedy of doctors begins.

This is the prelude to a sad legend in which religious doctors who want to follow the latest knowledge and textbook treatment must follow the'path of psychopyeong medicine' rather than'medicine's path'.

This is the criterion for applying the insurance fee set by the Review and Assessment Service.

There are some differences between the latest medical departments, but no one should provide treatment that deviates from this standard.

The same is true even if it is best for the textbook and for the patient.

If it is violated, cutbacks come.

I remember the complaining of a surgeon on social media.

He was a doctor looking at a patient suffering from short bowel syndrome, but the patient had a short intestine and could not absorb nutrients, so he had to receive fluids every day.

If you don't get the sap, you will starve.

However, according to Sympyeong Medicine, infusion treatment is reduced after 180 days.

Although the person who judges is also a doctor, he cannot follow the judgment of the doctor in the field.

The examiner does not even provide treatment in the field.

The on-site doctor thinks that the fluid should be given, but cannot give more than that.

If you want to give it, the doctor has to pay for it.

It is medically necessary, but if you request it, it is reduced, and if you want to treat it, you must lose money.

In other words, Korean doctors are unable to work freely while doing jobs that are proud of their work.

If you look closely at the group psychology of doctors, they have many complaints that the state controls their work.

In the meantime, the case of'the establishment of a public medical school not discussed with a doctor' broke out.

I think the doctors' general strike took place amidst this complex psychology.

The trigger of feelings like betrayal led to a general strike.

As I said earlier, doctors should not strike.

That's what many doctors think.

If there had to be a strike, the justification would have been the abolition of the nominated system.

But it wasn't.

Even if public medical schools were the cause of wasting taxes, it shouldn't be the cause of the strike.

This is the regret I have with this strike.

When I heard about the juniors of my major on strike, I said that I had prepared everything until the weekend to participate in the strike.

The same is true of medical doctors who do not have much to do with patient life.

The original meaning of a strike is meaningful when work is stopped.

However, the doctors did not intend to stop seeing the patient.

The evidence is that there are no casualties nationwide.

As much as this, we are crazy about patients.

Would it be too much a wish if we wanted to know that we are such a person?

Anyway, it came back as if nothing had happened.

If medical school graduates do not come out next year, then it may be a medical turmoil.

It's the only concern.

It is said that public medical schools only occur in a decade or so.

The treatment has returned as before, and the desired corona is still seizing the treatment scene and shaking it.

As you leave the night, the ambulance siren churns through the dark.

The emergency room intern will run through the hallway in shoes.

It's a complete routine.

Nevertheless, a sense of relief, anxiety, and complex emotions dominate within me.

I wonder if my colleagues are too.

But don't ask.

There is no reason for that.

You get busy looking at the patient, but those things disappear.

But before doing that, I must apologize to the patients first.

About this commotion and inconvenience.

I want to express my sorry for the intention of one person.
