Due to the pandemic and current restrictions from the Swedish Public Health Agency, the Grammy Committee has decided that Grammis will be moved until the end of May or the beginning of June 2021.
This means that the production year this time will extend somewhat further: From the first of December 2019 to and including 31 December 2020.
New for this year is that the category Children's Music of the Year is reintroduced, after harsh criticism when the award was removed last year.
All registered productions from both 2019 and 2020 will be included in the category.
In addition, an appointed jury consisting of experts in children's music will vote for the nominees.
