Near the Mid-Autumn Festival, Lanzhou University launched a customized version of "campus mooncakes", engraving the school gate, Jishitang, school emblem, school spirit and school motto and other iconic content on mooncakes, full of campus feelings.

  According to Zhao Xiaogang, the executive chef of the school’s food service center, there are six flavors of mooncakes. Except for a traditional Wuren Cantonese mooncake, the other five are peach mountain skin mooncakes with high value, including sands custard, sea salt cheese, rum Sweet orange, red wine cranberry, brown sugar prunes.

In order to ensure the quality and freshness, moon cakes are made according to the order quantity, and more than 35,000 pieces have been processed. To satisfy more teachers and students, the next batch of moon cakes is being made.

  The school’s tradition of making special mooncakes has been around since 2008, and improvements have been made year by year. At present, red wine cranberry mooncakes are the most popular.
