This Monday, September 21, Disney released

brand

new footage from its new Marvel series,

WandaVision

.

Its release was initially scheduled for spring 2021 but the series will finally be available at the end of the year.

The filming of

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier

has indeed been postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which leaves a niche for

WandaVision

.

The trailer for the mini-series, unveiled at the 2020 Emmy Awards, surprised fans: it looks like a classic, old-fashioned sitcom set in the 1950s and mostly shot in black and white .

A Marvel for withdrawn characters

Fans will find Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda and Paul Bettany who plays Vision.

The trailer shows a couple appearing happy until Vision finds out about their own death, which he no longer remembered.

The events take place after those of

Avengers

 : Endgame

.

It also seems that behind the laughter hides a much darker reality.

The couple seem to evolve in a parallel world where everything seems very bizarre.

The plot also remains very vague but is very promising and should allow to discover Wanda and Vision in roles much more important than in the

Avengers

.

The precise broadcast date remains to be confirmed for this series which will be a Disney + exclusive.
