On the afternoon of September 21st, the 2020 Chinese Farmers Harvest Festival Hubei main venue Farmers Fun Games was held at Zhanpo Citrus Square, Gaobazhou Town, Yidu City. More than 100 farmers turned into "athletes" and participated in rolling oranges, serving oranges, and eating. Fun competitions such as oranges to celebrate a good harvest and share the life of a new countryside.
Yidu is the "Hometown of Citrus in China", with an area of 300,000 mu of citrus and an annual output of about 600,000 tons.
As the core production area of Yidu citrus, Gaobazhou Town has a long history of citrus cultivation. In 2017, it was successfully declared as the first batch of characteristic towns in Hubei Province.
