After I read a lot about her and about her journey to enter an orphanage, then leave after 23 years, and then return to the home again, I decided to contact her directly, and as soon as I got her phone number I sent her a text message for a quick dialogue, and her voice came on the phone calm, steady and full Positive, mixed with contentment and reconciliation with oneself and with life.

Nahla El-Nimr, an Egyptian girl, found herself in an orphanage at the age of two years, grew up on life to find herself among the 150 children in an orphanage, and life was going traditionally with a lack of resources and partly reliance on donations that reach the home, and since her childhood she decided to take a clear and specific path Which is to complete her education, specifically in the field of social welfare.

It is customary in the home for girls to enroll to learn nursing, and to finish their technical secondary studies at this point, without enrolling in higher education, but Nahla decided to join the public high school so that she could enter the university and obtain a bachelor's in social service, and when she did not find any approval or encouragement From the administration of the orphanage, she decided to rely on her determination and passion, so she collected the few pounds she had saved and presented her in high school, and she successfully finished her studies and joined the Institute of Social Work, and here the appreciation came, even late, from the administration of the house that refunded her tuition fees, and she contributed what she did Nahla for the home to open her ears and hearts to the girls of the home to enroll in higher education, and this was the first fruit of Nahla's success, and her enrollment in this specialty was specifically only because of her desire to return to the home again, but as a social worker who suffered from the suffering of those who went through her experience, Nahla wanted to light a candle Instead of cursing the darkness, and revenge on the society that brought her to this situation.

Nahla felt that she had a lot of ambition, but she needed to sharpen her administrative skills, so she joined one of the largest companies in Egypt, and worked there for four years, then joined a major national association specialized in projects for orphans and those in need of care, and took on the task of training and qualifying volunteers, and her story inspired many It affected the lives of children and the ways to deal with them, because no one would understand the suffering of these children except for those who lived the same experience.

Nahla has become one of the well-known figures in Egypt, a speaker on the TEDEX platform, and she was also chosen among the most influential women, and she continues to cheer around her and light more candles.

Greetings to Nahla and to everyone who looks at life positively and illuminates some of the darkness to become a point of light.
