According to the official Weibo news of the Propaganda Department of the Zhenxiong County Party Committee of Yunnan Province, a message appeared on the Internet that "a 9-year-old boy dropped out of school to avenge his father for 17 years in pursuit of the murderer, and questioned the fact that the case materials were artificially destroyed." After that, the Zhenxiong County Party Committee and the county government attached great importance to it and arranged for the County Party Committee’s Political and Legal Committee to take the lead in organizing the Discipline Inspection Commission and other relevant departments to carry out case verification.
