Accidents happen frequently, the judge issues risk warnings
In recent years, accidents have been exposed from time to time in Internet celebrity amusement projects.
On August 19 this year, in the Huguxia Scenic Area of Huanren Manchu Autonomous County, Benxi, Liaoning, an accident occurred on a glass plank road during its business period, causing casualties.
Liaoning Huilong Lake Tourism and Cultural Industry Co., Ltd. subsequently issued a statement saying that when some tourists took the downhill glass slide, due to sudden heavy rain and excessive sliding speed, a collision occurred and one person was killed and many others were injured.

Low barriers to entry, production and construction standards are not yet clear

Manufacturers often refer to general product requirements for production.
Taking the glass plank road as an example, the person in charge of a glass enterprise in Qinhuangdao told reporters that the glass used in the glass plank road is not much different from general tempered glass.
"Our company has tempered glass production lines, laminated glass production lines, etc., with complete qualifications and quality assurance. I have never heard of any special qualifications required for the glass used in the glass plank road."
Manager Li, who is responsible for sales of a Henan scenic amusement equipment company, told reporters that there are currently no unified qualification requirements and industry standards for the production and construction of glass plank roads and glass clouds. Projects are generally designed and constructed according to the site requirements of the scenic area.
The reporter saw on the company's website that glass planks, glass slides, glass heads, and glass suspension bridges are the company's main business.

Industry standards are to be promulgated, and supervisory responsibilities cannot be missing
Safety accidents continue, but there is no unified national standard for project design, construction, operation and maintenance.
In the face of the ever-expanding "net celebrity" amusement project, the introduction of industry standards is particularly important.
Hao Xudong, a lawyer from Beijing Shengqi Law Firm, said that there is no restriction of construction standards, and there is no corresponding safety operation standard in actual operation after completion. The responsibility of the government's special safety supervision body is not clear, and safety measures are not in place, leading to frequent accidents.
It is understood that at present, the national standards of some Internet celebrity amusement projects are already "on the way."
Proposed by the China Building Materials Federation, the National Standard for "Floating Floors, Steps, Walkways and Plank Road Glass" issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration will be implemented in April 2021.
The standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of suspended floors, steps, walkways and plank road glass.
This means that there will be standards for glass plank roads and other projects, which will play an important role in regulating the design and manufacturing of glass plank roads and other facilities in scenic spots, improving product quality, and ensuring the safety of tourists' lives and property.
Hao Xudong said that while accelerating the formulation of industry standards, the housing construction, safety production supervision and management departments, market supervision and tourism administrative departments must coordinate follow-up, strengthen daily supervision, carry out risk assessments, and adopt a comprehensive approach to the use of Internet celebrity amusement facilities. Safety inspection, establishment and improvement of daily safety management, various special emergency response plans and other management systems.
Sun Shuwei, vice president of Shandong Tour Guide Association, said that scenic spots should also protect the safety of tourists.
