Osaka Sakai Obscenity Case 7-year prosecution indicted a man the day before the statute of limitations September 17, 17:35

In 2013, a girl in elementary school was touched in Sakai City, Osaka, and the prosecution decided that the unsolved case was the crime of a man who was alleged to have caused a similar case. I was charged the day before the annual prosecution statute.

According to the investigators, in June 2013, an obscene incident occurred in an apartment house in Sakai City, Osaka, where an elementary school girl was touched by someone.

A seven-year prosecution statute was imminent without being resolved, and in April, an incident occurred in which an elementary school girl was touched again at an apartment complex in Tondabayashi City, Osaka. Defendant Mitsunobu Kimura (33) was arrested and charged.

When police investigated the DNA type of Defendant Kimura, the type matched the remains left at the scene of the incident in Sakai City seven years ago, and the prosecution said in June that the case was also obscene. I was charged with charges.

The day of prosecution was the day before the prosecution prescription.

In response to the investigation, Defendant Kimura remains silent in both cases.
