On September 15, the first Spicy Tiao professional class opened in Pingjiang County, Hunan Province, the birthplace of Spicy Tiao.
This hot strip professional class was jointly established by Pingjiang Vocational and Technical School and the company, with a total of 59 students, specialized in extrusion and puffing mechanism, food quality and safety, marketing and other courses.
On the first day of the class, the students learned the theory and practice of spicy tiao, and visited the production of spicy tiao.
