On August 1, 1995, Wang and his son in Xiuning County, Huangshan Mountain, Anhui Province, killed a 27-year-old woman from the same village because of a rural house construction dispute.
On November 11, 1996, Wang and his son were sentenced to 14 and 12 years in prison for the crime of intentional injury (causing death).
However, Wang was not put into prison after being sentenced, and married and had children while serving his sentence.
On December 13, 1996, the Xiuning County Detention Center issued a report on medical parole for Wang.
On August 12, 2003, the Anhui Provincial Bureau of Prisons issued the "Inquiry Results on the Circumstances of Criminal Wang's Sentence", showing that in June 2001, Wang was taken into custody by the public security department and sent to Anhui Jiucheng Prison Management Branch .
Upon investigation, Wang had multiple stones with left hydronephrosis and renal insufficiency.
In August 2001, Wang was again approved for medical parole.
According to the "Modern Express" report, although Wang has been granted medical parole twice, the county and city courts have no relevant approval documents.
On September 14, Cheng Xinping, the victim's brother, told the Beijing News that after Wang was sentenced to 12 years in prison, many people in the area had seen him go home frequently, married and had children while on parole.
"My sister's death was a big blow to my parents. The originally cheerful mother became taciturn and weeped at home every day. My father explained before his death that he wanted to get justice for the murdered sister." Cheng Xinping said that Wang answered recently.
